You are a powerful creative human being and you have to power and
responsibility to protect your energy system and heal humanity and the Earth at
the same time. People and places and
situations can create etheric cords that connect into our energies, astral
hitchhikers can attach to our aura and siphon off our positive energy replacing
it with lower energetic patterns and thoughtforms which flow through our
energetic body and so our physical and mental body.
This can cause moody swings, fatigue, irritability, depression, chronic
pain or simply that feeling that a person or situation is too intense and
leaves us feeling drained. Sometimes we are unable to avoid such people or
situations and so we must take responsibility and commit to a psychic
protection practice and create a safe, secure space for ourselves.
We will be exploring Energy awareness, Psychic Protection and
how to deal with negative energies, psychic vampires and attachments.
We will work with Sound, Smudging, Crystals and energy
awareness.
We come together to connect to our Spirit self and to each other
– realizing that All is connected in the web of life.
By working together through meditation, Energy awareness we are
better able to heal both ourselves and this beautiful planet Earth – Gaia
